When everyone thinks about Science.....

It was the Science month directly after the school holidays. The hall was hectic when Mr.Chong was to announce the opening of that grand event. I would usually take the science month or whatever campaign the school created as only a campaign....never thought that I would really get myself involved....last week there was a competition on water rockets and floating eggs....also some other stuffs.....

The water rocket competition in the school field
The set up for the launcher
And for every competition....there will always be a champ...but this guy think he's the champ....
well, he lost......

here's the video for the rocket ceremony......

Well...this is what I'm busy with during the rocket ceremony.....
Elctromagnetism!!! I just know the name....but I do not know much how this experiment works....lol. But its a device whereby when rings are placed on the poles, it floats....maybe I didn't describe it properly here....watch the video....there's explanation in the video also!

The next ceremony was the Floating eggs (actually called eggs and parachutes). It sounds impossible to make an eggs float in mid-air. But here's how it's done.....

And to every competition...there would a champ....and someone who think he's the champ(yea, it's Winford again)...he too almost won...but got 1st runner up....here's his egg

Ah...the main story. Here's how Kit Fai proves the theory he believes in (Einstein theory which according to him overpowers the theories of other physicists)........he got himself disqualified....hope he's learnt his lesson and stop bragging about Einstein in class!

And yea...that's Kit Fai tossing his egg tied to an umbrella from the top balcony....

A little Chemistry experiment....my class is trying to make artificial liquid nitrogen....well, theories doesn't mean it's always practical.

Dry ice.....nice and cold....I mean very very cold...

The set up
The experiment

The liquid nitrogen was not practical because it took an extremely long time to freeze things. pitiful

Some other experiments from the other classes
