I arrived to a new condominium to which is suppose to be my new 'temporary' home. Starting a life is the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur is indeed very exciting compared to the boring life in Malacca. However, I am not living there alone, Jared Gan came with me. Well, both of us wanted to study in the same university and hence, here we are....

Well, I didn't bring much compared to ALL and I meant ALL the other housemates...

The others spent nearly the whole day unpacking their stuffs while I relaxed and watched them. Of course I had some problems when I had to walk to the nearest store which is really far away to buy necessary items...

Saturday, 23rd April 2011. Thats the day Nigel proposed a plan to visit KL (Kuala Lumpur) for one final celebration before departure to Aimst university in Kedah not too far in the future.

Well the main reason I went up was because coincidently, I wanted to meet Jo Ann in KL too. Maybe going up there in a group wouldn't hurt.

Although the bad beginning ( I woke up at 8.30am when the bus was supposed to leave at 9.00am), the trip went well without flaws (I am not going to consider getting lost for a while at KLCC a flaw).

Lets get going, shall we?

Our first destination was Saisaki! A japanese buffet restaurant.

Though a good buffet restaurant, it was no match compared to Jogoya at Starhill Gallery
but it was definitely better than my everyday breakfast...
UGH! Oatmeal!

Nevertheless, the food was delicious as well as filling...

Well, for good food, there must definitely be a good price too! ( For the restaurant, not us...)
And we got some discount coupons too! So maybe its kinda worth the price...

After that, Nigel decided that we should go to Aquaria in KLCC ( Since we're bored so we agreed to him).

And after a wonderful day, we finished it by going shopping. Of course, I went shopping with Jo Ann, the rest are on their own.

And as bad as it happened to me in the morning ( waking up late), another bad thing happened at night. When some of us wanted to take a nap due to exhaustion, the bus driver made us listen to nearly 2 hours of ridiculous karaoke music...

But overall, it was exciting and we do feel sad when we had to leave KL and return to Malacca...A memorable trip like this will definitely be repeated!!

The Blog Revives...

Well, it seems that I've not been busy for a few months (definitely not years). Nevertheless, I will try my best to update my blog weekly as much as possible. Well life recently has its joy as well as hardships and sorrows. I shall begin...

To start off, I would like to highlight that STPM was long over! And all of us have gotten our results. Well, I could see lots of tears and smiles during that day. But basically that means that...

All the studyings are over!

No more constant reading...
No more being 'shhhh-ed' when you wanted to chat...
And we are all partying!!

Other than that, a new batch of hamsters came to my family. Thanks to my horny hamsters, Sticky and Slimy ( Their parents were named by Jo Ann but I don't see why hamster should have names). This is a photo of them, well of course when they were just delivered.
Well, they did grow up pretty quickly...this is another picture of them a fortnight later...
and this is a video of them after a few months....hamster lovers...don't mind my mischiefs...

And believe it or not, I got caught up with a hilarious drama...The Big Bang Theory! Thanks to those people in facebook who posted several scenes from the drama, I've been getting good laughs before bedtimes for a few weeks.

And last but not least, Grandpa passed away on April 4th 2011. Greatly missed by our whole family. The house is just not the same without him. I miss him. Goodbye Grandpa, be happy up there!

The Delayed Stories...

My sincerest apologies for the late updates as time is no longer on my side during these few months as well as it will be during the months yet to come. Well, I can only brief my tales during this short but fortunate moments thanks to Ming Ann, Wai Meng, and Johnathan for their notes which I've used to reformat my own.

Well, all I can do before another few weeks or months of absence (most probably months) is just to brief shortly on the latest issues and not to be specific about it.

Firstly, life in upper 6 hasn't changed one bit...OK, maybe that would be exaggerating, I'll say that life hasn't changed much...

Firstly, exams are around the corner ( 6 more months to STPM) and some of us are changing for the better...

While some others prefer to stay constant...

The same goes to you too, Ah Pek! (Not forgetting Weijie at the back)

My uncle recently adopted a new pup whose name is yet unknown to me...

IN LOVING MEMORIES OF MY BELOVED HAMSTER, SALT.

Salt, a female Syrian hamster, was called home to be with the Lord on the 11th of December, 2009. She came to the family also on the month of December but in the year 2008.

Ever since the day she came into my life, she made it a cheerful one. She gave me a reason to live. Some of you might say that it is just a rodent. To me, Salt wasn't just a companion, she was a family...

I never once gave up on her the day she got sick. I told myself, "This hamster has cured so many sorrows in my life more than any of my pals in the world could do. Whenever I am sad or down, she would always come and stare at me with that almond black eyes, as though she's telling me that everything will be fine. She would run around and play happily in her home, telling me that life should always be a happy one. She would sleep and look so cute that it gave me a reason to once again feel love for another being. If she stayed by me throughout all these time, I would not let her go without me being by her side." I nursed her while she was sick, gave her all the treats before left. Even the vet knows that this hamster's time has come. No one can stop the ravaging disease within her.

The least I can do for her was, to prepare a proper funeral for her. I thank all of you viewers, for attending this obituary. Salt was extremely important to me. She was like a daughter, who taught me to love again. Though she is now gone, her memories will be kept with me forever.
I thank you for this Salt. I love you, Salt, now and always. I will never forget you...

The cage now lies empty. Salt's home, will be the only remaining proof that Salt ever existed in the family. Goodbye...

Well readers, its been awhile since i last updated this little story book of mine. Laziness somehow overpowered me and for that, I sincerely apologize to all of you.

Well, throughout the holidays, it is not that I've been loafing around the computer (not 100% true), I've been pretty busy as well...I'll let the pictures take it from here...

Holiday plans! Keep healthy! Mau called a few of us out for a jog somewhere in Ujong Pasir. Well, I went there with Wai Meng after the gym. One should have called it a day, but, can't let a friend down now, can I?

Also, a little gym challenge, clap push ups!

But overall, nothing much happened during the holidays. Theres nothing much to do. At least, I did not spent it 'cam-whoring' like a certain someone over here...

But this holiday is indeed a good one. I just require a little more discipline to study and it would be perfect. But theres nothing perfect in life now is there? Haha. I'll get back to you readers with a better story to tell...and this time, I promise, no more procrastination...

A 360 surprise...

Days after school would usually end up with me attempting to pursue my academic requirements.
The thing is, it is extremely hard to do so. Well last week, the stakes are a little different. When I came home from school, I saw this...

What would an XBOX 360 be doing here in my room?!

Well, it all seemed nice...except the fact that it's directly beside my study table...you guys should know what it meant...

But of course, like any ordinary human...I would definitely try it out...and of course not study the whole day...

The best thing that this device has is the ability to play this particular game...

Well at first, a glimpse of this game reminds me of this...

and maybe this....maybe not...p/s: batman is GAY!

But it turns out that this game was a total AWESOME! I definitely loved the dark, gloomy and tensed feeling which the game provides. Especially the stealth and extreme combats! Here are some of the screenshots...

But overall, this console nearly killed my spirit to study and I'm forcing myself to go to the temple regularly...

Greatest apologies to the dear readers of this blog. Due to the busy weekend, this blog was unable to be updated last week. Nothing much happened last week except about me and the gang spending nearly 75% of our time at the Sek Kia Enh (Inform me if it is incorrectly spelt) temple not to pray but study.

THE BEGINNING

Well I've got to say, its nearly impossible to study in our usual environment though some really can do it. Here's the proof...

Going through extreme geographical terrains ... just to be at the one place we could study...

Worked so hard till our brain overheated and our back ached....

And suffered the wrath of 'Good Drivers' with exceptional parking abilities...

But our dear teachers...although with the hardships we go through, we always thought positive about life....

Please teachers, do understand. We are trying our best to score and to make you proud. All it needs...is time...which we do not have...GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

Celebrating your birthday on Deepavali was rather interesting as some of you might say.

Imagine after all those rendang, cookies and 'chappati's (Jabuteh) you ate earlier, you need to eat even more weird stuffs as a part of your birthday dinner. For mine, I had some weird 'Kimchi's from a Korean restaurant near my house....

After that, my family insisted on a birthday song...with a ruined birthday cake thanks to my sister's 'bright' idea...

At least I'm not the only October baby in my house....there are too other birthday boy/girls...

Deepavali was indeed an insane holiday especially when you got lots of invitations from your Indian friends. This post will explain everything.

Deepavali is all about meeting your friends and families and more importantly, like J.J and Rudy says...the FOOD!
You can never say no to the rendang, curry, chappati (Jabuteh) etc etc.
So, the day before, as a precautionary step, my friends and I increased our training session to compensate for our loss the next day...

The next day, of course, was Deepavali....and, before I proceed to Malacca Mall to gather with the gang, I motivated myself with this piece of video clip...Do watch my dear readers, its a part of the story...

Our first destination was Shushilan's house which was located IN JASIN! Imagine how far is that from town. But since Deepawalee occurs only once a year, we do not mind...

Wee Nee~ in the hospital

Before the PMR examinations begin, Jeff's sister a.k.a Wee Nee talked loudly to the members of her family, "After PMR, I'm going to spend most of my time in Mahkota!"

But however, the Mahkota she failed to anticipate was Mahkota medical centre. She was stuck there and was forced to complete her examinations in the hospital.

When I visited her however, the examinations was over...so I went over personally just to take some pictures...

But a good thing about Mahkota Private Medical Centre though, you would feel quite comfartable there. When it gets too dull, the television helps...

Unlike the General Hospital, my experience there was hell. The only entertainment I had was watching the ceiling fan spin...

-This week's maths colloquium by L6 Beta and chemistry colloquium by L6 Alpha was a disaster. L6 Beta's maths colloquium was initially a success but was ruined due to the unability to answer Mr.Khoo's variety of insane questions. Chemistry presentation however was ruined due to the incomplete preparation of the slides which contains excessive words.

-To all swimming club members, the swimming club is back in action due to the reside in A(H1N1) influenza cases. Swimming practice will be held every Saturday, 7am to 8.30am. New members are welcomed. Members are required to pay RM 5 to Ng Wai Meng a.k.a Treasurer of the Swimming Club. Thank you.

-To all those who had intentions to join Wan Sim's tuition, please be informed that the tuition centre has no more available spaces.

The Raya holidays are over! And I've got tons of incomplete works to do. Crap! I've been enjoying myself the whole holiday. But at least, the holidays created some memories which are really worth remembering!

I discovered that Fluffy and Babe doesn't mind sharing their bedroom with each other. Don't blame me people, I had to put them there at night so that I won't have to clean their dung on unwanted places in the house the next morning...

I've been staying at my cousin's house during the Raya holidays. It seems that they've caught a weird fever then. Most of you might have heard of football fever...but have you ever heard of Bomberman fever? Not to mention that I too caught it too!

Sorry to those who messaged me in MSN...I was too busy playing Bomberman that I did not notice your messages...my apologies....haha

Well, besides that, Malacca town was really packed with vehicles! I got stuck in this jam for quite some time...and decided to snap some pictures of course! Haha!

-Physics is getting physical. More and more students from this particular stream is backing down and I'm getting paranoid in battling alone in the physics field. But if you see stars...just be like Einstein here...work harder!

-The L6 Alphans performed fairly well in the school examination but there are still plenty of room for improvement...

-The permission for students to bring their laptop to school for colloquium purposes had been violated by a bunch of students in L6 Alpha. They turned a meaningful study into a period of gaming.

This week was a normal week except for Saturday night. Well, Shushi decided to have a game of badminton. Don't get me wrong, the game went well...but the journey went bad. As bad as the BADminton game ended up. Imagine getting lost in your own home, your own country. And if that is still insufficient, imagine it at night and DURING the Hungry Ghost festival...Well, I am still alive...guess I'm too important to die.

I couldn't snap the game...(well obviously since I'm holding a racquet and you wouldn't expect me to focus on a blog during a game, right?)...but there are some shots after the game.

Mu Lian (An Interesting story...plz read)

Chinese legend has it that a long time ago, there lived a young man, Mu Lian and his widowed mother. His mother was a wicked woman. She often turned away beggars who came to her door asking for food. She liked to jeer at the working poor and their dirty clothes; in essence, the only person she cared about was herself.

Mu Lian on the other hand was a kind soul. He was a gentle person and always willing to help anybody who was in need. One day he decided to become a monk and this did not please his mother. She scowled at him for being such a useless son; she wanted him to go out and work to earn more money for her. Wealth and materialistic things meant more to her than anything else.

When she saw that she could not dissuade her son, a plan began to hatch in her mind. She decided to play a trick on the monks just to get back at them for taking away her son. Now it was the custom to offer food to the monks (this custom still exists to this very day), but only vegetarian food. Mu Lian’s mother thought that it was nonsensical that these monks did not eat meat, so one day she offered food to some monks and slipped in some non-vegetarian items.

According to one version of the story, the wicked woman was punished immediately and was sent to hell. Mu Lian wanted to save his mother’s soul because he knew her soul was suffering.

He set out and ventured deep into the bowels of hell. Soon he came upon his mother and he saw that she was sitting a bed of very sharp pointy stakes and was holding on to a basin of blood.

Mu Lian tried feeding her some food but the food would either turn into fire or blood. It was hopeless: he couldn’t do anything for her so he left. He returned home and started to pray.

It is said that Buddha heard Mu Lian’s prayers and was touched by Mu Lian’s compassion. Thus Buddha decreed that once a year, the gates of hell be opened so that the lost souls will be able to roam the earth and be fed. This is why every year on the seventh day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar, the Chinese celebrate the festival of the hungry ghost. This is one of five major festivals in the Chinese culture.

Food and drink will be offered at night outside the gates of houses. This is so that the ghosts do not enter their houses and cause trouble. A traditional food made for this festival is steamed sweet bread. Lanterns are lit to help guide the ghosts to the feasts set out for them. Special paper money is also burned as offerings to these ghosts so that they can take it back to hell and spend it there. To make sure that these souls stay out of trouble, entertainment is set up round the clock, mainly Chinese operas performed on outdoor stages.

The Colloquium seems to send everyone into the abyss as if they're hit by a bullet train in Japan. Even Ming Ann (current monitor) called all the Lower 6 Alphans to school during the holidays to discuss about it. With me and Weijie bringing our laptops to school...the discussion turned into a hang out. No one can be blamed actually.

But after the discussion, Mau, Johnathan, Winford, Kyewei, Jared and I went for a 'Karaoke' session at the DreamBox. Not forgetting that some of the guys from the other lower 6 classes went also....

Yeah...I know...life in form 6 shouldn't be this enjoyable....

The Independance Day was a successful event here in MHS a few days ago, thanks to the *Ahem* student counsel as well as the prefects...(not forgetting the students as well)

Micheal was called home to accompany the Lord a few days ago in my aunt's home. Killed by a disease...not even the vet could save him.

This post is a memorial for him....to remember Micheal. His lost too great of an impact. The quarantine is over, we're allowed to roam free and once again socialize with the public though some of us had already violated the law. But due to the face that I too was quarantined, nothing much happened this week unless you're interested in seeing me study or carry on my daily activities. Tuitions and school will go on as usual and yet I didn't complete all my homework due to some of them which was left in school during the quarantine.

At least my 2 hamsters are there to cheer me up! Hahaha...I found one of them dreaming while studying last Wednesday....(Sorry guys, I tried every programme available but even though I rotated the video, the speed was too fast that I had to put the original...Please turn your head to watch.)

But the MMU students on the other hand, were enjoying their holidays!

Confessions of the disappointed 2...(plz read)

Appealed and yet again turned down by the prefectorial board...My self esteem was crushed and torn to pieces and all I wanted was to join back the board of justice just like my good old days in MHS.
Saddened and disappointed, I decided to discover the truth and I found out my failure was due to a case back in the years when was a form 4 student....here is my story.....

A new practical teacher came and took over our English lessons from our permanent teacher for a few months and the damage she caused is permanent and forgive is never an option for her. Miss Jayajega, never will it be written in history that you obtain forgiveness from me!

You readers wanna know what she did? She gave me a homework you see...a homework just like any normal teacher would. And I forgot to bring that work to school, just like any common kid would do and this is not the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time I did it but only the first. But is the option to forgive in her mind? Did she allow me to repent? All she did was to tear my future and rip it to pieces! She brought me to Mustafa just because of one homework which I forgot to bring. I was blacklisted for one mistake which I hadn't been given a chance to fix, to repent. And because of that my return to the board of justice is only a myth!

This song is dedicated to you Miss Jayajega, for ruining my life! I hope the world will rid of a burden like you!!!

Its the 5th day of being quarantined from society. Life is dull at home...its lonely and frustrating. No one can stand being at home from morning till night. No use complaining though....well here are some of the posts I've forgotten to put up....more like reports actually...

Here are some of our good students being punished to sit in the middle of the field...

A terrible downpour occured last not too long ago, drenching the students and flooding my grandmother's house. MHS too experienced the casualties...

Dear readers, you might think that since the students are in class, we would be comfortable...you thought wrong...

The glass windows wouldn't shut thanks to the rusty and spoilt hinges...

The ceiling too decides to "pee" on us...

To some other readers, if you are wondering...yes the "naturally occuring" placement of furniture is still there....

But remember people, we are in a CLUSTER SCHOOL!!!!
The people's advice to the school:
I don't really like using broken english in this blog of mine but I'll use it anyway since it sounds nice....."Repair the school-lah, we also duwan talk bad bout the school ma aiyo!!!"

-MHS repeated the system again of awarding certficates to every students who scored an 'A' in their respective subjects.

-MHS is taking their PPDA section (an area within the school which is creating awareness against drug abuse) too seriously. All the form 6 students were forced to abandon their lessons and listen to a talk and watch a Multimedia presentation about it.

-Jeffrin escaped an accident but his car did not...

-Kit Fai finally joins Wan Sim's tuition after discovering that his mathematics is nearly at the point of no return.

-MHS has been closed from 31/7/09 to 6/8/09 due to the fact that approximately 81 students were infected with an influenza virus. Health officials were concerned about the matter and still have not confirmed how many among the reported cases are caused by the A(H1N1) virus.

-All MHS students are quarantined from 31/7/09 to 6/8/09.

The day King of Pop Micheal Jackson died was the day Micheal came to us...

Yes, that's Micheal...we saved it from a life of poverty and suffering, so he can be considered an extremely lucky kitten. And also, like every new member of a family, it must undergo an orientation....and I can say that this kitten wasn't so lucky after all....

But overall, our family loves this new kitten. It is well fed and taken care of.

-Examination pressure is now pulverising the happiness of lower 6 Alpha. The class seems alot quieter nowadays. This is due to the fact that a streaming process will take place based on the pupil's achievement. Good luck all 6 Alphans!

-Chemistry is so far the toughest subject for most 6 Alphans.

-Jeffrin had made his decision to stay in the Physics class as well as he is determined to remain as President (Monitor) of lower 6 Delta.

-The MHS administration did a ridiculous attempt by awarding the form 3 pupils a certificate for every subject they excelled in. Even pupils which only achieved one 'A' out of 7/8 subjects were awarded a certificate of excellance.
Advice from the public: Present the awards only to those who excelled in all 7/8 subjects. Be fair to those who had tried their best.

-Public speaking competition: Won first place by English Language enthusiast, Lee Ming Yuen.
Kit Fai indirectly humiliated the public speaking competition as well as himself by talking rubbish during the whole competition, says representative Jared Gan.

-Johnathan and I finally found a reasonable Chemistry tutor. To those who are interested, please contact or confront us.

-The school did not plan the photograph session properly. They should arrange the class photograph session to be held after the streaming rather than before the streaming.

-The disciplinary board had not yet taken any actions on this "naturally occuring" event.
-Kit Fai is being more and more absurd these few days...

-What is the first thing that crosses your mind when seeing this picture?

That is enough for a person to be labelled as charismatic. Advice: To the physics students, understand Miss Julie's method of teaching and use it for beneficial means.

-Winford Goh and Shushilan is believed to be taking Mr.John Lwee Wan Sim as their maths tutor soon after a report that their previous maths tutor is not really in his golden era.

-As Cleanliness monitor of Lower 6 Alpha, I finally caught the culprit(Lumei) responsible for sweet wrappers on the floor.

THE MARCH FOR BLOOD

19/7/09...the day when everyone thinks about blood. Its the day of a Blood Donation Campaign. Participated by the very young as well as those in their golden ages. It is due to these enthusiasm that the campaign went on rather smoothly...

HOW TO WRITE A REPORT FOR SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS

Report writing can be a pain in the ass if you have no idea what the format is. Imagine it during SPTM! Here, with a little help from my lab assistant, Wai Meng, will show you how to write a lab report.

- AIM :To determine the hardness of a punching bag

- HYPOTHESIS: Punching bags are soft!

APPARATUS
AND : Human beings and a punching bag
MATERIALS

PROCEDURE :
1.) The punching bag is first hung on the ceiling.
2.) The experimental human being is used to ram the punching bag.
3.) Experiment is repeated using another human.
4.) Datas are recorded.

THIS IS HOW YOU PERFORM A LAB EXPERIMENT.

DATA : Serious injuries.

CONCLUSION: Do not misunderstand the punching bag. Hypothesis rejected!

PRECAUTIONARY : Do not hit the bag with excessive force.
STEPS

P/S :This stunt is performed by trained professionals (Wai Meng and I) who took long hours of
training and skills. Please do not try this at home.

-A lot of physics students (especially from Delta) are considering the change from science stream to arts stream due to the inability to understand their physics lecture and tutorial...

-The old boys of MHS (whose name I do not know) told me that the current teacher's staff room was once the loo.

-Another school campaign was launched in July-"Language Month". In June, it was "Science and Maths" month, previously the school too had launched another campaign in May. I believe the school is trying too hard.

11th of July was the day our nation celebrated the "Youth Day" or "Hari Belia" as well as other continents around the globe (I think). It was nothing much but a frustrating and tiring day after we're tricked to endure the blazing sun and soft droplets of rain by the teachers who did not take our attendance. The only benefit was the experience and the 14 marks for our co-curriculum points.

Birth of a memory

Asha, a friend to almost all students of the Form 6 Union, has left us to depart to a new world....Aimst. Asha will be the youngest legend of MHS once she's gone, bearing the title of "Life" among her fellow comrades. Her farewell party is celebrated by us to make it a tearful moment for her...a moment filled with sweet and happy memories that she and us will carry to our graves.

School and miscellaneous reports....

-No assembly for this week, so not much political news about the school.

-Mr.Shu, who seems to be getting a little comfartable with lower 6 Alpha, is now generous with homeworks!

-Weijie (usually attentive) finally slept during physics lecture...

-Pn.Chong was really pissed with her students for not handing in their PA homeworks in time. Mau, Kit Fai and I was threatened to stay outside her class if we still did not pass up in time.

-Malacca is getting more crowded, it is no wonder that a A(H1N1) influenza case was found in Malacca.

-Chan made Jeffrin jog around his housing area with him at 4am in the morning after supper and wandering around the roads of Malacca for a few hours. The next day, as a result, Jeff....

-I went for my first School swimming lesson(though I already know how to swim) 7am in the morning after a late night party the day before.

-Chemistry is getting more and more sophisticated....

Camping is not about learning how to have fun. So far, I've earned this story for the blog. Hotspots in MHS are spots where hauntings occur within the school. Old boys(especially scouts) knew very well where some of these hotspots are.

1.The 2 wells of MHS...

According to an anonymous scout, there were once 2 wells in MHS. Only 1 remained today. The first well is located at the vertex of the field.
Some old scouts experienced weird behaviours among the junior scouts whenever they're close to the well. One of them happened a few years ago. A junior scout was punished to run around the field at 5am in the morning for a mistake he had done. The kid was initially running at a slow pace until he reached the well, where he was seen running at a speed of a F1 race car.

Another well was covered up and now located close to the staff room, teacher's toilet and the form 4-form 5 blocks (2009 those particular blocks are given to the form 4 and form 5 students). Reports were received about someone walking along the corridors during the dead night especially when the doors linking to the corridors are locked. Some even heard a group of people marching at night. An old night guard is believed to suffer a heart attack during his night duties at that area.

Rumors believed that these wells were used to dump heads of the executed prisoners during the Japanese occupation.

2. The Highway

2009-"Anyone knows the location of the lower 6 science block?" "Its the tallest block beside the bus garage in MHS. Well, you do not want to ask that sort of question at night. At the back of the lower 6 science block lies a road which leads to the HSOBA building. That road is believed to be a hotspot in MHS. Some students experienced themselves being pushed off a motorcycle while riding it there at night. The histories of that area are yet to be discovered, but currently, try not to explore that place at night...unless you do not fear the deceased.

3. The Staff room.

The staff room, according to a current Rover, who was also an ex-scout, was the place where the Japanese sexually abused the locals during WW2. The area can fill a person with fear and do not be surprised if you heard cries of a woman over there...

4. The Basketball Court.

At the back of the basketball court, was an empty space. Initially, that space was occupied with banana trees, places believed to be homegrounds of pontianaks( true or not I do not know). It is another place to be best avoided especially during camps. Junior scouts were reported to be following something which they believe were a friend to that particular area during the dead night.

5. The prison of MHS.

MHS had not always been a school. During the japanese occupation, it is believed to be
some sort of outpost or camp. The prison of MHS was located behind the staff room or in front of the prefect's room. It is believed that the prisoners were locked in that room and the key which opens it was never found (till today I think).

6. The Hall

The great hall of MHS was believed to be either a hospital or a burial ground. Though sometimes the students are required to sleep there whenever it rained during a camp, they avoided the area close to the doors to the back stage of the halls. Never attempt to go there alone.

These are among information of the hotspots I can manage to dig from the old scouts of MHS. Though the scouts constantly have their activities like treasure hunts at night, they will always avoid these hotspots due to some cases where the boys are posessed or behave abnormally. Another advice, if you are camping there at night, do not shine your torch at trees or into class rooms. Sometimes, you might see something that will change your life forever.....(this article is not 100% true especially the histories. I obtained the story by asking the scouts during the camp).

THE DISASTER

During the night before the last day of the camp, there was a storm which swept pass MHS and ravaging everything in its path. All the hard work of the candidates were gone in one night. Tents were blown off to the other end of the field, gadgets dismantled etc etc. And also, the rangers asked the rovers and scouts to help them guard their camp for the night since they suspected someone's been messing with their stuff while they're away...and their camp had been sabotaged again, this time by nature.....

The aftermath....

The lost banner of the Rangers....they didn't expect their hardwork to be destroyed so fast....

Because the storm swept the Ranger's site clean, they can't compete in the camp site decoration competition. Only those with stronger gadgets remaining are judged....quite unfair actually since the rangers did their best...all of them got sun-burned and wasted most of their time under the sun preparing their gadgets.....pitiful ending.
